Introduction

NyuWa Global 10K T2T resource is based on high depth (mean 31.7X) whole genome sequencing (WGS) of 10,457 individuals. Our dataset intergrates individuals from 1KGP, HGDP, and SGDP datasets, and includes over 100 populations from all over the world. NyuWa is the mother goddess in Eastern mythology. NyuWa Global 10K T2T Server present in this website mainly contains four types of variations, including single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and small insersion/deletion (InDel), mobile element variation (MEV), tandom repeat variation (TRV), and structure variation (SV), in six parts:
T2T-specific Regions: searching variants located in T2T-specific regions compared to GRCh38 (hg38) genome assembly.
Reference Panel Server: predicting (imputing) ungenotyped variants using user provided genotyping data.
Regulatory Function: variant function identified by quantitative trait loci (xQTL) and GWAS variant LD.
Population Differentiation: searching the allele frequency distribution in various populations.
Linkage Disequilibrium: searching Linkage disequilibrium (LD) between SNP/InDels and complex variants.
Genotype Comparison: searching variant sites in medically-relevant genes impacted by reference artefacts.
