Search variant sites in Medically-relevant genes impacted by reference artefacts and variants
* Among more than 4000 clinic-related human genes, about 600 genes have been reported to be influenced by the reference genome by the T2T consortium. Users can choose a chromosome at first, and then choose a gene to view all variants located in the corresponding gene.
