Introduction of population distribution in NyuWa Global 10K
* NyuWa Global 10K provides the allele frequency distribution of four types of variants in various populations. Uses can choose the variant type at first and search the allele frequency distribution of a single variant site by variant ID, or enter a genomic region or geneID to view all variants in the corresponding region or gene.
