The integrative Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) database provides HLA allele frequencies at 1-field (Serum level), 2field (Amino-acid sequence level), 3field (Exon sequence level) genotyping levels in different worldwide populations. Most of samples (4013 unrelated individuals) are from Han Chinese in NyuWa project, and others consist of 26 populations of average 96 samples from 1000 genomes project. In addition to allele frequency, this database also support the search of the proportion of homozygotes for a given allele in populations.
